Drew graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration in 1996, prior to completing both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Physical Therapy in 2000. He also actively serves in the Navy Reserve as a physical therapist in the Medical Service Corps, and deployed to Afghanistan in 2013. He is currently pursuing both his transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree and Manual Therapy Certification through Evidence In Motion.
Drew has practiced physical therapy in the outpatient setting for over 16 years. His main areas of focus are orthopaedics and sports medicine, with an emphasis on manual therapy and functional activity progression. He has extensive experience with Trigger Point Dry Needling, augmented soft tissue mobilization (i.e. Graston Technique, ASTYM), kinesio taping, spinal manipulation and mobilization, and functional capacity evaluations.
Drew is married and the proud father of 3 beautiful and gifted daughters, who occupy most of his time outside of the clinic. When not attending their youth orchestra concerts and Irish Dancing competitions, he enjoys staying active with swimming, weight training, golf, and archery.
