ProRehab Physical Therapy is pleased to announce they have signed an agreement to be the preferred physical therapy provider for Derby City CrossFit, effective immediately.
In addition to treating athletes with injuries and returning them to Derby City CrossFit as quickly and effectively as possible, ProRehab’s sports physical therapists will work with athletes to maximize participation and performance. A ProRehab physical therapist may use a variety of the following interventions to prevent and treat sports related injuries, including but not limited to:
- Pre-participation screening
- Cardiovascular, resistance, endurance and neuromuscular re-education exercise programs
- Taping and bracing
- Sports specific ergonomic and training regimens
- Blood Flow Restricted Training
- Manual physical therapy
- Orthopaedic physical therapy
In addition to prevention and recovery, the road to maximum performance will also include a focus on improving speed, agility, explosiveness, balance and coordination.
