Edward Foring III PT, DPT, CSCS, OCS
Edward Foring III PT, DPT, CSCS, OCS
Ed is the Clinic Director of the ProRehab Physical Therapy Prospect location.
Originally growing up in New Jersey, Ed moved out to Kentucky in 2009 to pursue his physical therapy career, earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in 2011. In 2010, Ed obtained his credentials as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which has assisted him with exercise prescription, as well as the progression of overall health and wellness for patients. In 2016, Ed obtained his Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) which roughly only seven percent of physical therapists nationwide obtain. He has a passion for teaching and serves as an adjunct professor at Bellarmine University and Hanover College in their physical therapy programs. He is also certified in Selective Functional Movement (SFMA) and Functional Movement Screen (FMS). He has extensive training in trigger point dry needling, achieving Level 1 and 2 from Evidence In Motion.
One of his passions is to treat patients who are suffering from Temporal Mandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD). He has received training from Dr. Michael Karegeannes PT, MHSC, LAT, MTC, CFC, CCTT, CMTPT.
His other passion is foot and ankle dysfunction, with the fabrication of custom orthotics. He has received training from Pat Wempe PT, DPT, SCS, OCS who has been making custom orthotics for over 30 years.
When Ed is not working, he loves spending time with his wife and their three boys: Eddie, Maverick, and Ryker.
Corey Hardesty PT, DPT
Corey Hardesty PT, DPT
Originally from the East Coast, Corey received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware with a major in Exercise Science and minor in Strength and Conditioning. In May 2017, he graduated from Bellarmine University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
Corey spends his free time playing sports, working out, and traveling. He continues his passion for sports by playing ultimate disc for a semi-professional team out of Indianapolis, as well as other teams and leagues around Louisville. Corey continues his passion for sports as he has successfully completed a Sports PT residency through Evidence in Motion.
Sara Lauterwasser PT, DPT, TPS
Sara Lauterwasser PT, DPT, TPS
Sara earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Bellarmine University. Prior to this, she received her Bachelor or Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville.
Sara takes special interest in working with chronic pain patients and plans to further her education by obtaining her Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification (TPS) through Evidence In Motion.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys exercising, baking and spending time with her friends. Sara also loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Louisville Cardinals.
Jay Barnett PTA, CSCS
Jay Barnett PTA, CSCS
Jay received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from University of Louisville, before earning his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Jefferson Community and Technical College.
Jay is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He takes special interest in rehabilitation and performance enhancement for athletes. When he’s not working in the clinic, Jay enjoys spending time outside golfing, kayaking, and being with his daughter.
Lindsey Ketcham PT, DPT

Physical TherapistOriginally from Shelbyville, KY, Lindsey earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University. Prior to this, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of the Cumberlands. Lindsey takes a special interest in manual therapy and enjoys working with orthopedic conditions found in pediatrics, geriatrics, and everything in between.
In her spare time, Lindsey enjoys traveling, exercising, playing sand volleyball, going for hikes with her dog, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.
