  • Kayla Diamond

    Kayla DiamondATC, CSCS, NASM-PES

    Kayla is the Athletic Trainer at Louisville Collegiate School.

    Originally from Crestwood, KY, Kayla received her Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from Eastern Kentucky University. Following undergrad, she pursued an Internship at Western Kentucky University as the Athletic Trainer for Swimming and Diving. While at WKU, she also received her Masters in Sports Administration.

    In her free time, Kayla enjoys strength training, competing in strength sports, and spending time with her husband and family. She has used her passion of weightlifting as fuel for becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES), and also holds her USA Weightlifting certification to help athletes perform at their highest level whether preventing or returning from injury.

  • Karen Stringer-Phillips

    Karen Stringer-PhillipsPT, DPT, ATC/L

    Karen is ProRehab Physical Therapy’s West Louisville Clinic Director and an Athletic Trainer at Simmons College 

    Karen obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton (OH) in Sports Management/Athletic Training. Following Dayton, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (FL) in 2006.  She has been a nationally-certified athletic trainer since 2000 and is an active member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA).  Currently, Karen is the Athletic Trainer for Simmons College of Kentucky, the 107th Historically Black College and University (HBCU).

    Specializing in orthopaedics, manual therapy, and sports medicine, Karen has experience treating post-surgical, spinal and orthopaedic conditions as well as sports-related injuries.  She also has extensive training in dry needling.

    When Karen is not treating patients and athletes, she enjoys singing in her church choir, listening to music, and reading.  She also loves spending time with her husband and family, which includes her dog, Scoobe’ Marie.  An avid sports fan, Karen cheers on the Louisville Cardinals and Green Bay Packers.

  • Daryl Williams

    Daryl WilliamsPT, DPT, SCS

    Daryl is ProRehab Physical Therapy’s Highlands Clinic Director and an Athletic Trainer at St. Francis School. 

    Daryl earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. He is a member of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, and is also an APTA Sports Certified Specialist.

    He has a special interest in orthopedic physical therapy and the development and implementation of performance enhancement programs for athletes of all ages and backgrounds.
