  • Mike Fauser

    Mike FauserPT, DPT

    Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Joseph’s College in Rensselaer, IN, before going on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in May 2017.  He plans to continue his education by enrolling Evidence in Motion’s Sports Physical Therapy Residency program in January 2018. 

    Mike grew up in Valparaiso, IN, and competed in four years of Cross Country and Track & Field while a Saint Joseph’s College.  Mike continues to enjoy an active lifestyle of mountain biking, running, fishing, wood working, and many other outdoor and recreational activities. 

  • Whitney Greene

    Whitney GreenePT, DPT

    Whitney received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, before going on to graduate with her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Bellarmine University in May 2016. Currently, Whitney is enrolled in Evidence In Motion’s Manual Certification Program and is expected to achieve her Orthopaedic Manual Therapist Certification in July 2017.

    Whitney is enjoying planning her wedding and playing with her two fur babies, Emerson, a Welsh Terrier, and Richie, a lab mix. She regularly practices hot yoga and barre but enjoys staying active, especially when it involves being outside. Whitney loves paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, and just recently tried white water rafting.

  • Eric McElroy

    Eric McElroyPT, DPT, OCS, CSCS

    Eric is the Clinic Director at the ProRehab Physical Therapy Brownsboro Road clinic in Chenoweth Plaza.

    Eric earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialist. Eric is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and a member of American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association. He has a special interest in the development and implementation of functional rehabilitation programs, transitional rehabilitation programs, and performance enhancement programs for athletes of all ages and back grounds. He has experience implementing those programs with athletes in youth organizations, pro and amateur triathletes, MMA fighters, NCAA, MLB, and the NFL. Eric is a ProRehab Physical Therapy partner and Director of Performance Enhancement.

  • Lance Spalding

    Lance SpaldingPTA

    Lance graduated from Jefferson Community and Technical College in 2007, where he earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree. He is licensed by the Kentucky State Board of Physical Therapy.

    Lance enjoys a wide variety of patient care and has a special interest in sports rehab and strength and conditioning of youth athletes. Lance provides coverage and support for each of our three clinics.
