  • David Boyce

    David BoycePT, EdD, OCS, ECS

    David Boyce PT, EdD, OCS, ECS, is an Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at Bellarmine University and partner of ProRehab Physical Therapy. David founded Physical Therapy Plus which merged with ProRehab Physical Therapy in 2015.  David has advanced training in Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy and is author of the book “Orthopedic Physical Therapy Secrets”. He is dual board certified in Orthopedic and Electrophysiologic Physical Therapy. David is also the only USA certified cycling coach in the Louisville area. He specializes in the treatment of shoulder, cervical spine, knee, and foot injuries, especially as they relate to swimming, cycling, and running.

  • Mary Cecil

    Mary CecilPT, CHT

    Mary graduated from University of Kentucky’s physical therapy program in 1984 and completed her hand therapy certification through Hand Therapy Certification Commission in 1992. She has also served as an adjunct faculty member in Bellarmine University’s physical therapy program since 2012.

    Mary’s diverse experiences in both hand and physical therapy include outpatient hand therapy, acute trauma care, and home health. Her primary interest is in orthopedic Upper Extremity rehabilitation, including tendon and nerve rehab.

    Mary enjoys spending her free time with her husband and 3 college-age children, playing golf, doing yoga, and anything outdoors (as long as its over 50 degrees).

  • Corey Hardesty

    Corey HardestyPT, DPT

    Originally from the East Coast, Corey received his Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware with a major in Exercise Science and minor in Strength and Conditioning. In May 2017, he graduated from Bellarmine University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program.

    Corey spends his free time playing sports, working out, and traveling. He continues his passion for sports by playing ultimate disc for a semi-professional team out of Nashville, as well as other teams and leagues around Louisville. Corey plans to continue that passion for sports through completion of a Sports Physical Therapy residency.

  • Jessica Hetzer

    Jessica HetzerPT, DPT

    Jessica earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Bellarmine University. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville.

    Jessica has completed the level 1 Functional Dry Needling certification and plans to become a Certified Manual Therapist. She takes special interest in neurological disorders and treating the spine. She is also a member of the APTA and AAOMPT.

    In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading, singing, playing guitar, cooking and spending time with her boyfriend and their two dogs.

  • Karen Keeling

    Karen KeelingPTA

    Karen received her Associate of Applied Science Degree from Jefferson Community College in 1998. She has been a PTA in the outpatient setting for 15 years. Karen began working for ProRehab in 2018.

    Karen recently moved back to Louisville, KY after living in Frankfort, KY for 16 years. When not working in the clinic, Karen enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and dog, Samson. When she is not busy raising her 3 kids she enjoys playing volleyball and softball, going to movies and hanging out with friends and family.

  • Daryl Williams

    Daryl WilliamsPT, DPT, SCS

    Daryl is ProRehab Physical Therapy’s Highlands Clinic Director and an Athletic Trainer at St. Francis School. 

    Daryl earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. He is a member of American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, and is also an APTA Sports Certified Specialist.

    He has a special interest in orthopedic physical therapy and the development and implementation of performance enhancement programs for athletes of all ages and backgrounds.
