Daryl Williams PT, DPT, SCS
Daryl Williams PT, DPT, SCS
Daryl is ProRehab Physical Therapy’s Highlands Clinic Director and a Sports Medicine PT at St. Francis High School.
Daryl earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, and is also an APTA Sports Certified Specialist.
He has a special interest in sport orthopedic physical therapy, concussion management, and the development and implementation of performance enhancement programs for athletes of all ages and backgrounds.
Lauren Terry PT, DPT, CMTPT, CSCS
Lauren Terry PT, DPT, CMTPT, CSCS
Lauren earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Lubbock Christian University, where she also played collegiate basketball.
Lauren become a certified strength and conditioning specialist while earning her DPT. She has completed all 3 levels of Myopain’s Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling certification. Lauren plans to go through EIM’s sports physical therapy residency. She takes a special interest in orthopedic/sport-related injuries, shoulder care, and joint replacement rehabilitation.
Lauren and her husband are both natives of Texas. She enjoys country music concerts, going to baseball games, and being outdoors with their lab.
Chloe Lilly PT, DPT, MTC
Chloe Lilly PT, DPT, MTC
Chloe earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Kentucky after attending Hanover College for her undergraduate. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is in the process of becoming a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist. She is level 1 dry needling certified.
Chloe was born and raised in Louisville and enjoys helping keep her community healthy and active. She has special interests in managing orthopedic injuries, vestibular and concussion management, and pain neuroscience.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys running, reading, and traveling. She loves lazy downtime with her husband, Stephen, and their dog, Leroy. She grew up playing soccer and has traveled as far as Brazil to play.

Physical TherapistNicole earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Miami, FL. Prior to earning her DPT, she received her bachelors in athletic training from Florida Gulf Coast University and completed her board certification in athletic training. She is also level 1 dry needling certified.
Nicole was born and raised in Wisconsin. She has special interests in orthopedic/sport related injuries, and she is currently continuing to expand her knowledge in working with performing arts, and acrobatic sports.
Nicole grew up as a competitive gymnast and dancer. Outside of work she enjoys working out, listening to Taylor Swift and spending time outside with her dogs.
