Mandy EllisonPT, DPT
Mandy received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL prior to earning her Doctor in Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. She is enrolled in Evidence In Motion’s Advanced Manual Therapy Certification program and Dry Needling courses.
Mandy is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Women’s Health and Sport’s Physical Therapy Sections. She has a special interest in Manual Therapy, Ortho-Sports Physical Therapy and enjoys working with female athletes of all ages and backgrounds.
When she’s not in the clinic, Mandy enjoys spending time with her fiance and her dog, Stevie, traveling, going to concerts, and lifting weights with her friends.

Edward is the Clinic Director of the ProRehab Physical Therapy Prospect location.
Edward earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association.
He has over 10 years experience utilizing proper training techniques and biomechanics to develop strength and explosive power in football, hockey, basketball, lacrosse, and USA power lifting athletes. Edward prides himself in providing his patient fun and functional rehabilitation that promotes self-sufficiency.
Dalton O’BrienPT, DPT
Dalton received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Thomas More College in Northern, KY, where he played basketball at the D-III level. In 2017, he graduated from Bellarmine University with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. He will be enrolling in the Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program in 2017, working towards becoming a Sports Certified Specialist.
He has interests in manual physical therapy, along with sports rehab and performance training for high school and college athletes.
In his off time he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, playing basketball, and partaking in outdoor recreational activities including kayaking, fishing, and tailgating.
Kelsey earned her Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assisting in 2018 from Vincennes University. Prior to earning her PTA degree, she received her Bachelor of Science in Health Services from the University of Southern Indiana. Kelsey has also completed the National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training Certification.
Kelsey recently moved to Louisville, KY from Santa Claus, IN. Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, staying active, and traveling.
