  • Tyler Fred

    Tyler FredPTA

    Tyler graduated from the Jefferson Community & Technical College Physical Therapy Assistant Program, and began working for ProRehab in 2017. He enjoys working with patients of all ages and backgrounds, and takes special interest in treating shoulder dysfunction and neck pain.

    Tyler excels in the implementation of functional treatment programs and targeted Manual Therapy to help patients achieve their personal goals, improve their mobility, and help eliminate pain.

    When he’s not in the clinic, Tyler enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful wife an daughter, playing music at his church, and reading novels.

  • John Hardy

    John HardyPT, DPT, OCS

    John is ProRehab Physical Therapy’s Middletown Clinic Director. 

    John earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Bellarmine University. Upon graduation John completed advanced training in Manual Therapy and earned his Board Certification in Orthopaedics. He is level 1 and 2 certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN), Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT), and Therapeutic Neuroscience Education (TNE).

    John’s treatment focuses on his patients and includes dynamic rehabilitation programs designed to optimize movement and improve quality of life. He enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds and has special interest in spinal pain, headaches, post-concussion management, and return to sport rehabilitation.

    When not in the clinic, John enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, rock-climbing, and competing in sprint-triathlons with his wife Rachel.

  • Dylan Shepard

    Dylan ShepardPT, DPT

    Dylan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Louisville. After graduating from UofL, Dylan attended the University of Kentucky, where he earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT).

    Dylan plans to pursue additional certifications in Manual Therapy and an orthopaedics within the early years of his career. He takes special interest in electrical diagnostic studies and sports physical therapy, with golf being of particular interest. He hopes to pursue additional certifications and specialties in these fields down the road.

    In his spare time, Dylan enjoys playing sports, particularly golf and soccer, spending time with friends and family, and serving in his local church, where he met his wife who served with him in the youth group.

  • Brittany Thompson

    Brittany ThompsonPT, DPT, TPS

    Brittany earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton before completing her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Bellarmine University in Louisville. Brittany has since become certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN) and Therapeutic Pain. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association. She takes special interest in working with patients of all ages and activity levels, from the young athlete to the geriatric patient, as well as working with chronic pain patients.

    Brittany is married with two precious little boys. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, boating and cheering on UofL.
