Types of Treatment

Here are the resources at our disposal to support you.

Your pain is unique to your situation.

That’s why we don’t use the same treatment on everyone. Your dedicated physical therapist will develop an individualized treatment plan just for you, and then work with you so that you get the maximum benefit out of the time you put in. We’ll never just give you an exercise program and leave you to figure it out.

Manual Physical Therapy

Manual physical therapy is a hands-on technique that is used to decrease pain and improve range-of-motion and flexibility to stiff joints and muscles.

Manual physical therapy can help:

  • Lower back pain
  • Neck pain
  • Muscle tension headaches
  • Hip and knee osteoarthritis
  • Shoulder pain

Sports Physical Therapy

ProRehab has more certified sports residents than anywhere else in the state. If you’re experiencing a sports-related injury, we can help you assess, minimize, and correct your condition.

We help you:

  • Athletic training
  • Concussion identification
  • Functional movement screens
  • Y-Balance tests
  • Performance training (with allPRO)
